M35 is an ideal intermodal and cross dock facility as well as an industry leading example of a transload facility capable of box car, flat car, bulk head, machinery and equipment transloading. With an end ramp to allow for easy equipment loading and off loading, M35 is truly a full service facility that also offers both indoor and outdoor short term and long term storage options. This spur provides direct access to the main rail line between Calgary and Edmonton and further north to Fort McMurray, AB and the oil sands.
