The year 2023 did not see a slowdown for Transload logistics in Renewable energy! From August to September, we completed a project for both the Michichi and Kneehill Solar farms, this project consisted of 101 containers of row tubes and Genius tracker systems for the farms! What was Transload's part in this? We handled the container drayage from rail, the offloading of all 101 containers and flatbed delivery to each site. Some were urgent and were taken right from the container to the truck to get them to the site the same day! We were given a 3-month time frame to complete this project by the customer. We completed it in 2 months much to the customerās surprise!

The year kept rolling along with the arrival of the Transport Equipment from the Sharp Hills Wind Farm located near Sedalia, AB. The Sharp Hills Wind Farm consists of 45 x 4.5MW Turbines and 22 x 4.3MW Turbines making it one of the largest wind farms Transload has worked on. Once completed the farm will generate 297- megawatts of renewable energy.Ā

From Shipping brackets to Drive trains Transload was tasked with the loading of all transport equipment into steamship containers to ship back to various locations overseas. Some of these units are too large to load into containers so once they arrived into the yard the Transload team got to work disassembling and prepping them for loading!

Over the last 6 years Transload has succesfully completed various wind and solar farm projects for customers. Our extrodinary service has made us the premeire Transloader for Wind & Solar projects throughout Alberta.Ā
